Getting started

This is the short tour. If you have ten minutes, you can have a workspace, your first invitation, and the embeddable widget on a staging site.

What you will need

  • A reqdesk.support account (free tier is enough).
  • A workspace name (you can change it later).
  • Two browser tabs open: one for the dashboard, one for the staging site you want to embed the widget on.

The path

  1. Sign up — head to app.reqdesk.support/get-started.
  2. Create a workspace — pick a name, accept the defaults, hit Create.
  3. Open your first project — your new workspace ships with a “General” project preconfigured.
  4. File a test ticket — use the New Ticket button in the top-right.
  5. Embed the widget — see Widget → Embed.
