One dataset, four lenses
List, board, table, timeline. The data does not change — your perspective on it does.
A single ticket dataset, viewed four ways. The same filter, the same selection, the same currently-focused row — preserved across views so a switch never costs you context.
List
The default. A vertical column you can scan, sort, and reach into. Best for working through a backlog or triaging fresh tickets.
Board
Kanban-flavoured columns by status (or by any field you choose). Best for “what is in flight right now” and for handing tickets between teammates with a drag.
Table
Wide, comparative, dense. Every column visible at once. Best for looking across tickets — “show me every Open ticket older than 48 hours assigned to nobody”.
Timeline
A horizontal calendar of when tickets were opened, replied to, breached, and closed. Best for spotting patterns (“we always get a spike at 09:00 on Sundays”) and for reporting upward.
Saved slices
Every filter combination produces a URL. Bookmark it, share it in chat, embed it in a runbook. Workspace owners can pin shared slices to the sidebar so the whole team sees the same starting view.
