The WordPress plugin will let any WordPress site embed the Reqdesk widget without touching theme files: a settings panel handles theming, position, and which project the widget routes to. A shortcode ([reqdesk-portal]) drops the customer-portal view onto a page; if your site already has authenticated WordPress users, the plugin signs them into Reqdesk transparently using the host-app signed-identity flow.
This row will move to “live” once we’ve passed the WordPress.org plugin directory’s security review and the host-app signed-identity verification has shipped on the API side. Watch the changelog — it’s the first surface to flip when the listing goes live.
